However, if a customized product is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund after verification.

2. Non-Customized Products

Non-customized products may be eligible for return if they are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging wherever applicable.

3. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear product photos
  • Package photos
  • Unboxing video (if available)

4. Replacement Policy

After verification, eligible products may be replaced at no additional cost.

Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.

5. Refund Policy

If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days and credited through the original payment method.

For COD orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen settings
  • Normal wear and tear after delivery
